College Uniform
Our College uniform plays an important role in promoting a positive school culture, student safety, and a strong sense of belonging. The policy has been developed in consultation with students, families, and the School Council to ensure it reflects our community values while providing comfortable, practical, and affordable choices.
Purpose of the Uniform
The College uniform aims to:
- Promote equality and reduce competition based on clothing
- Ensure students are dressed safely and appropriately for school activities
- Strengthen the College’s identity and pride within the community
- Foster connection, belonging, and cooperation among students
Expectations
Students are expected to wear the correct uniform when travelling to and from school, during school hours, and at school-related activities. Uniform items must be clean, in good repair, and consistent with the College colour scheme.
Students in Years 7–10 wear the full College uniform, while Years 11–12 students are required to wear an approved College uniform top with appropriate lower-body clothing.
Support for Families
The College is committed to ensuring all students can meet uniform expectations. Support is available for families experiencing financial hardship, and assistance can be arranged through Mentor Teachers or the Wellbeing Team.
Positive Approach
We encourage and recognise students who wear the correct uniform as part of our School-Wide Positive Behaviour Support framework, reinforcing pride and responsibility within our College community.
