Enrolment

Our school zone

Our school zone is available on  findmyschool.vic.gov.au  which hosts the most up-to-date information on school zones in Victoria. Students residing within our school zone are guaranteed a place at our school. Your school zone is determined based on your permanent residential address.

Our school manages enrolments using the  Placement Policy  to ensure that students have access to their local school. Students may enrol at another school if there are available places. For more information about our school zone, please contact our college by calling Rectopin on 5479 1111. For answers to frequently asked questions about school zones, visit  School zones.

Year 7 enrolments

All Victorian government primary schools follow the statewide Year 6 to 7 placement timeline. The timeline advises families when and how to enrol their child at a Victorian government secondary school. Applications for Year 7 open at the start of Term 2.

Victorian government primary schools manage the Year 7 placement process for their Year 6 students in accordance with the timeline. At the start of Term 2, primary schools will distribute information packs to parents and carers.

You can find more information about applying for Year 7 placement at Moving from primary to secondary school. For more information see the 6-7 Transition page on this website.

Other year level enrolments

We also accept enrolment applications for students in other year levels. You can submit a request at any time in the school year.

Eligible students who live within our school zone are guaranteed a place, while students outside the zone may be enrolled if there are available places. If you are seeking enrollment at other year levels, please contact our school for more information.

Senior School

As students move into the senior years, they build on the broad and varied learning experiences developed across the curriculum. In Year 10, they begin to look ahead with greater focus, exploring their interests, strengths, and future career possibilities while continuing preparation for the final stages of school life. In Years 11 and 12, students can choose either the VCE or Vocational Major pathway, each offering valuable opportunities to complete nationally recognised VET qualifications that support a wide range of post-school options and aspirations.
